Booking Policy

Cancellation And Refund Policy

This policy applies to a scheduled transportation trip confirmed in writing by DJ Capital Transport LLC. A booking request is not confirmed or chargeable until we send written confirmation with the trip details, quoted fare and payment terms.

Quoted Fare And Payment

We quote a fixed fare for the confirmed trip before accepting it. The quote identifies the currency and service included. We do not add hidden or discretionary charges. A customer-requested change, additional stop, route change, toll, parking charge or additional waiting time is discussed and approved before it is charged. No payment is collected through this preparation website.

Cancellation By The Customer

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: cancel at no charge. Any payment collected is refundable.
  • 24 hours or less before pickup: contact us immediately. Any applicable non-refundable amount will be stated in your confirmation.
  • After dispatch: the confirmed trip may be treated as a late cancellation only under the terms disclosed before payment.

If no payment terms were shown in the confirmation, no cancellation fee is due.

No-Show

A no-show means the passenger is not at the confirmed pickup location, cannot be reached using the provided contact details, and has not contacted dispatch after the driver has waited 15 minutes past pickup. Any no-show fee or forfeiture will be disclosed before payment and in the confirmation.

Waiting Time And Trip Changes

The confirmed fare includes the waiting time stated in the confirmation. Additional waiting, stops, destination changes or material schedule changes may require a new quote. We obtain approval before applying a customer-requested additional charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally submit an approved refund within five business days; your bank or card issuer controls when it appears. Deposits are refundable according to the cancellation terms in the written confirmation.

Cancellation By DJ Capital Transport

If we cannot fulfill a confirmed trip, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled service.
