Program Description

DJ Capital Transport LLC operates two separate text messaging programs.

Non-marketing (transactional) messages relate to transportation you have requested or booked with us: booking confirmations, driver and arrival updates, schedule changes, replies to questions you send us, and links to manage, reschedule or cancel your booking on our own website.

Marketing messages are promotional: seasonal offers, service announcements and news. This is a separate program from the messages above.

Every link we send by text is on our own website, at djcapitaltransport.com, and we do not use public URL shorteners. We do not send payment details, card numbers, or other sensitive financial or personal data by text; those are handled by telephone, by email, or in person.

How You Opt In

You opt in to each program separately, using two separate, optional consent checkboxes on our booking form. Ticking one does not opt you in to the other. Neither checkbox is ever ticked for you, and neither is ever required in order to submit a booking request. You may also opt in to the non-marketing program by texting us first.

Consent to receive text messages, from either program, is not a condition of booking a ride or of any purchase. You can decline either or both and still book exactly as normal. We will still be able to reach you by email and by telephone.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by trip. You will normally receive messages only around a booking you have made.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. Check your plan with your carrier.

How To Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from that program, and you will not receive any further messages from that program after that unless you opt in again. Each program has its own STOP; opting out of the non-marketing program does not opt you out of the marketing program, and opting out of the marketing program does not opt you out of the non-marketing program. You can also ask us to remove you from either or both by writing to the address below.

Supported Carriers

Carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
