Terms Of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book transportation with DJ Capital Transport LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or booking a trip you agree to them.

The Service

We provide pre arranged passenger transportation in and around Tallahassee, Florida. We are not a street hail service and we do not operate a taximeter. Every trip is arranged in advance and the price is agreed before the trip.

We are not a medical transport service. We do not provide stretcher transport, medical equipment, or clinical care of any kind.

Bookings And Confirmation

Submitting a booking request is a request, not a completed booking. A trip is booked only when we confirm it back to you in writing. We may decline a request, including where we do not have availability or where the trip is outside the area we serve.

Pricing And Payment

The price for your trip is quoted to you before the booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply where the trip changes on the day, for example added stops, extra waiting time, or a change of destination. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your confirmation.

Changes, Cancellation And No Shows

Tell us as early as you can if your plans change and we will do what we can to move the trip. The cancellation and no show terms that apply to your booking will be stated in your written confirmation.

Punctuality And Delays

We plan every trip to arrive on time and we treat that as the product. We cannot control traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, flight schedules or other events outside our reasonable control, and we do not guarantee a specific journey time or accept responsibility for a missed flight, appointment or connection caused by such events.

Passenger Conduct

  • Seat belts must be worn by every passenger at all times.
  • Child passengers must be secured in an appropriate child restraint. Tell us when you book if one is needed.
  • No smoking, vaping or illegal substances in any vehicle.
  • A passenger may be refused carriage, or a trip ended, where their behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle by you or by anyone in your party.

Accessibility

Every passenger is treated the same. There is never a surcharge for a passenger with a disability. Tell us when you book what assistance is needed so the right vehicle and enough time are assigned to your trip.

Lost Property

Contact us as soon as you can if you leave something in a vehicle. We will hold recovered property and arrange its return where we reasonably can. We are not responsible for property left behind.

Text Messages And Communications

If you opt in to text messages, the following applies:

  • Program description. DJ Capital Transport sends text messages about your booking, including confirmations, driver and arrival updates and schedule changes.
  • Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a ride or of any purchase, and you can decline it and still book.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies by trip.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
  • Getting help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address on our contact page.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website Use

The content of this website, including text, layout and brand marks, belongs to DJ Capital Transport LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability in connection with a trip or with this website is limited to the amount paid for the trip in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
