Every trip is booked in advance and confirmed in writing. That is the whole model. It is why we can promise a time and keep it.
Medical And Personal Appointments
Rides to appointments, treatment, therapy and the return trip home. Where a passenger needs extra time getting in or out of the vehicle, that time is part of the booking and never a surcharge.
Business And Corporate Travel
Client pickups, meetings across town, and standing arrangements for employers who need the same trip on the same day each week. Invoiced by arrangement.
Events, Weddings And Group Trips
Planned transportation for events where arrival time actually matters. Larger groups are handled by scheduling multiple trips, so tell us the full headcount when you book.
Campus And Student Travel
Move in and move out, campus visits, and trips to and from the airport at the start and end of term.
Regional And Out Of Town Trips
Travel beyond Tallahassee by prior arrangement. Longer trips are quoted individually before you commit to anything.
What We Do Not Do
We are not a street hail service and we do not have a meter. Every trip is arranged in advance with a price agreed before the day. We are also not a medical transport service: we do not provide stretcher transport, medical equipment or clinical care of any kind.
Pricing
How Pricing Works
Rates are set per trip based on distance, time of day and the number of passengers, and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed. Published rate cards will appear here once the fare schedule is finalised.
